1. Data Processing Activities
We collect and process the Personal Data that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email newsletter. This data may include:

b. Defence of legal claims and compliance
We may process any of your Personal Data where it is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests (Art.6 (1) f) GDPR), namely the protection and assertion of our legal rights, your legal rights, and the legal rights of others.

If you send your application to, by e-mail or by other means, we will process the applicant data for the purpose of the application process. You may also agree in a separate statement that your applicant data will be included in our applicant pool after completion of the application process (Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time by contacting us at the contact details provided. Your data will then be deleted immediately.
f. CosmWasm Academy
If you register for one of our online courses as part of the Online Training Academy, we will process your data for the purpose of your participation in such an online course. This processing is based on the contract concluded with us to pursue online training (Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR). This data may include:
- email address
- GitHub Handle
- IP address
- date and time of registration
Your data will be stored for a period sufficient to enable us to provide you with your registered online course via our Online Training Academy. After you completed your registered course or withdrew from your registration, your data will be deleted unless further retention can be based on other legal grounds (e.g., to exercise our legal rights or to comply with applicable law). You may also agree in a separate statement that your data will be included in our applicant pool after completion of the online course (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR). Right Information and access
Right to rectification
